The only company that produces Automotive, Motive power and Stationary batteries in the same manufacturing plant, in less than twenty five years it has become one of the leading companies in Europe and its products are sold worldwide.

Integrated power solutions
Midac is one of the leading European manufacturers of industrial motive power batteries and offer a complete range of DIN motive power cells “MDL” starting from 2PzS100 up to 10PzS1600 on standard production, including special products up to 12PzS1920 on demand. The product offering is completed by a market-oriented range of British Standard Cells “MBS” from 55 to 105 Ah plate is available.

State-of-the-art production technology, the standard MOTIVE POWER range includes the complete DIN and British Standard series according to EN60254-1/2 and in compliance with EN50272-3, available in the widest range of possible configurations and charging solutions, ensuring the most flexible answer to any specific application.

MLM Batteries.
Designed for low water consumption, the MLM system reduces the need for maintenance to once every 3+ months, through the combination of MLM special battery design, high efficiency charger MIDATRON HE and controlled charging profile by means of the MB2 module (MIDAC Battery Brain), while ensuring a long life up to 1500 cycles even on 80% DoD operation, the optimization of the energy consumption during the charge and the battery monitoring/ data recording, also available by remote WEB management.

MHE Batteries.
Environment-friendly solution, the MHE system reduces energy consumption and consequently CO2 emissions by up to 30% through the perfect integration of MHE special battery design, high efficiency charger MIDATRON HE and a controlled charging profile using the MB2 module (MIDAC Battery Brain), while ensuring an extended life up to 1800 cycles on heavy operation and battery monitoring / data recording, with the option of remote WEB management.

MHE fast Batteries.
Based on MHE system technology, the fast-charge version has been specifically designed for two shift operation and can be sized for up to 24h/5 day use through opportunity charging, with weekend equalization, while preserving the expected equivalent life of 1800 cycles and introducing enhanced safety characteristics and savings in terms of fleet management costs. In combination with battery change solutions, MHEfast completes the most advanced proposal to satisfy any requirement.

These batteries have been improved in areas such as raw materials used, the design and the production process in order to maximize the electrochemical and mechanical features. The increasingly high energy demand of customers, the rise in the required operating life, energy saving demands and need to reduce operating costs have been the drivers for the design and production changes implemented for these two new ranges of batteries.
